The question I get all the time from women when I first see them is I feel tired, I have brain fog, low mood and I'm gaining weight, yet, I had the blood tests and everything comes back as normal.
There's two reasons for that. The first one is that your standard blood test are not going to pick up why you feel the way you do.
And then the second problem is is that it's not being diagnosed.
Either it's not being diagnosed early enough or women are given a misdiagnosis. This is a big problem for women today.
For example, you may have low thyroid function for many, many years before it actually starts to show up in your blood tests, right?
So I have some women who have Hashimoto's, and it doesn't come up in their blood tests or their TSH levels are fine, but they have other markers, which is, again, not being picked up by standard blood tests.
So if this is you. If you feel tired, frazzled, exhausted, your moods are up and down, you can't think because of the brain fog, or you've found that you have this weight that's crept up ever so slowly or quickly, whatever it is, then I'm running a workshop this week where I'm going to talk more about what is actually happening to cause you to feel that way, and what you need to do.
I'm only going to talk about three key shifts that you can make to get your spark back, get your energy back, shift your metabolism to lose weight. So if this speaks to you, come and join us on the webinar, you can find the link further down on this page!
I'll talk more about different blood testing as well. Hope to see you there!
Yes this is me 😳
I literally got my results TODAY and yes, everything came back normal! Also, I have PCOS and the markers in the tests didn’t show it!!! But I’ve had it before and had internal scan so I knew 100% I have it (plus I have many many PCOS symptoms)
The fact I seeing this today tells me I need to be at the webinar! How do I get there?
This is so me, don’t even feel motivated to exercise which I know will help
