Are you starting the year feeling pretty tired? Do you feel like you should be refreshed after the Christmas and the new year break and rearing to go but you feel tired?
It's not uncommon.
Ask yourself….
How long have you been feeling really tired for?
And when do you feel tired?
What makes it worse, what makes it better?
Really start to see a pattern of when you're feeling the most tired. So is there a pattern?
I kind of call it tracking or doing your energy inventory.
So if you go through the day and look at do you wake up tired, do you feel tired in the afternoon, do you feel better in the evening where you can't go to sleep and you end up staying awake? Track your energy and see how you feel.
If you've been feeling tired for a long time and it doesn't matter what you do, it doesn't change it. Even if you get more sleep, even if you eat well, do a bit more exercise, or maybe you're even too tired to exercise.
Whatever it is, you're trying to do the right things but you still feel exhausted, i'm running a webinar where I'm going to talk about exactly why that is, what is going on for you.
