I was stuck on the airport runway for 2 hours yesterday as a massive storm blew through Sydney!
It was the longest 2 hours, they wouldn't let anyone get up or use the toilet…that, my friends, is agony for someone who drinks a lot of water!!
Read an interview in the in-flight magazine with Novak Djokovic, probably the best tennis player ever, and from what I read, a highly evolved man.
His health goals inspired me!
He's balanced, focused and obviously extremely disciplined and fit. A champion!
He follows a completely pure holistic approach to every facet of his life, and is always looking for the next level of health.
From thinking good thoughts, being vegetarian (un-heard of in tennis), having balance in his life, taking time off to spend with his family, socialising, and loving his opponents. Yep he see's love as the key part of this formula.
He said he used to be ‘that guy' who had talent but was too frazzled to be champion.

I want more balance, including in my emotions. Improve my concentration and ability to do deep, focused work and up my stamina so that I can do more.
To think good thoughts and not get caught up in the negative. To have a mindset of finding solutions to all my problems. Stability so that I can feel on top things even when it's stressful.
