You may have tried different things to overcome this, such as taking supplements, quitting sugar, going paleo, taking meds, or signing up for yoga classes.
While these are all great ways to improve your wellbeing – they will not address your real problem, and won't bring the results you want: tonnes of energy, more relaxed, handle stress, feel really happy or lose weight.

I'm more than experienced to talk about this having gone through the same thing myself many years ago. And while I'm a Naturopath, I wasn't immune to suffering all the symptoms you feel now.
Over 5 years I did all the right things with my diet, took loads of supplements, mixed up intense herbal tinctures for myself, meditated under the moonlight and exercised my buns off – It didn't help until I found the true source of the problem. When I addressed this part, I bounced back so quickly it was miraculous. Literally from one week to the next, I was better than I had felt in years.
The BIG 5 symptoms are part of a condition known as Adrenal Fatigue Syndrome, which occurs because the body has been under stress for too long and the glands that support us during stress (adrenal glands) become worn out.
When this happens and it's not addressed quickly, then it has a domino effect on other glands and systems. Thyroid problems are often triggered by Adrenal Fatigue.

You need to go within, to find out (that's my corny line – but it's true). Otherwise you will always have one foot on the gas and one on the brake – going nowhere fast.
Supplements and meds are great, while you're exploring the real causes but NOT as a band-aid treatment.
