[00:00:36] Vesna: [00:00:00] Welcome to the Peak Revival Podcast. My name is Vesta. Today I am gonna talk about when you've tried everything and you still feel sick and tired, are your beliefs keeping you sick? So I've been doing this work for a long time, over 20 years, and after the first five years, you'll start to see things like, well, I did in my practice.
I started to see things that didn't make sense to me. [00:01:00] You know, some people would, be not doing the right things, but they'd have no symptoms. Pathology markers look good. They're living pretty healthy lives. Then I would see some people who were. Really eating well and doing all the right things, but they were sick and they had pathology and they were really struggling and it didn't make sense.
It made me really see back then. And then over the years I've seen so much more that there is so much more that's at play here. Then the tools that you've probably tried already. And I know in my work, because I look at nutrition, I look at mindset, I look at lifestyle, we look at, Different strategies with herbal medicines and supplementations, et cetera, but looking at in a very holistic sense.
And sometimes there's still something even above that. And I wanna share what that is today.
So we're going to be going even more upstream. So my work over the years took me from this very kind of. On the level of matter, like the diet, the supplements, lifestyle, the [00:02:00] sleep, and it took me into understanding more about how the mind works. What does our thinking do? How does it change our biochemistry?
Because we can change our biochemistry within three minutes. Of a negative thought. Okay, so what's happening here, which is happening all day long, which often we're unconscious of it, and we don't realize that we are doing this and we're doing it, innocently is that we're having a lot of negative thinking.
We are thinking way too much, and it's changing our biochemistry. It's pushing us into this fight or flight response. It's moving our body out of homeostasis, and then it's just triggering all the emergency responses, so we're no longer. Thriving. We're just surviving. And if we do that for 10 years or 20 years, we really start to get sick.
And so I could see in my work that what was happening in the mind of my patient had so much significance, probably even more so than their diet, because this was running all day and I knew that I had to. Help [00:03:00] my patients see how the mind works in a better way in order to relieve their symptoms.
Okay. And so that's the work that I do in my programs and have seen an amazing result, an amazing transformation in people more so than, just doing the clinic work. Right? So I saw that combining those two led to, you know, major transformations in people's lives. And today I wanna talk about even going further upstream.
So we're not even gonna talk about it's mind and body, but we're also going to go upstream and talk about the quantum field. So really looking at this energetic field, okay? And this is not. Woo woo. Staff. This is science. So if we go back to quantum physics and the double slit experiment that they did, and I'm sure you would've heard about this, but the experiment was they had tiny particles like electrons that really were behaving very strangely, and what they found was that.
When nobody was watching, observing these particles, they would act like waves. And they would go through these two slits, right? Like [00:04:00] two doorways, and they would create a pattern as if they kind of existed in many places. But the moment we observed, so as moment someone was watching the experiment, they collapsed into a single path, right?
And started acting like a solid particle. And what that means is in the quantum model, Our reality exists as potential and possibilities
And it's not until we observe those potentials that it collapses the particles, the possibilities into our reality. Okay? So it becomes tangible. It becomes real, it becomes actual, right?
So if we want to change our reality, we need to change the observer, and that is us. Okay. And so that's why I think, you know, looking this direction, sometimes you need a new direction. Okay? And I see this in my work and, and I love getting into this because I can see sometimes, the work is so micro.
Like you go to the doctor and everything's like biochemistry and even, the stuff that [00:05:00] I talk about sometimes is so biochemically focused, but we need to go further upstream, right? Because when we get micro, we miss the bigger picture. I've never believed that it's meant to be that complicated.
The human body. is so perfectly designed, like if medicine tries to replicate the processes that are happening in our body, forget it. It is so complex, okay? Yet the intelligence in our body can do that automatically, and if we can work with that intelligence rather than trying to manipulate every little button lever, whatever it is, then we can have more simplicity, but also better results.
And so what does it mean by changing the observer? So what this means, and the way that I see it, is that your beliefs about your symptoms, about food, about your, the medicine, your age, your stress, your, your chronic disease, your partner, or your job, or whatever it is, your beliefs that you carry around is the reality that you collapse.
Right. And so your focus and your in, [00:06:00] attention, I guess to those areas and the thinking that you carry, and you give a lot of attention to that thinking, that creates the reality for you. It collapses the particles, right? And so in order to change what's out there, we need to change the observer.
And so you've gotta look at. Where are you in conflict with what you wanna create for yourself, the future self, the healthy you, the energetic, the one that's doing all these amazing things that you want to do, whatever it is. Maybe it's just being pain free. Maybe it's not being so exhaustive. Maybe it's never being sick, that version that you want to be.
Where are you in conflict with that right now? Because there, there are things that you believe right now that are in conflict with where you wanna be. And so for a lot of time I hear with people like, but I've been sick for so long, like this is a big job for me to get better. You know, I've always been a sick person, or I've always had anxiety, or I need to eat this way for the rest of my life and be really strict in order to get better In some ways, like they're so limiting.
So there are beliefs that we hold here [00:07:00] that will never get us here. Because we are constantly creating and collapsing the particles, creating this reality. I hope that makes sense and I think that's a really powerful thing to really see because when you see it, you realize that there's not much that's really interfering with us in the outside world.
Right. you know, I had this conversation and I don't wanna minimize anyone's symptoms, but you know, like there's a lot of talk about mold and mold illness now, whereas. my mom said growing up in Europe and they had, you know, homes that had a lot of mold. You know, it was just the cold winters and the snow and the damp and very poor ventilation because they had less windows in order to keep the heat.
They had mold, but they, no one got sick. Right? And so I look at things like that in history that are now coming up and being problems. And I'm wondering how much are we programming ourselves? how much are we absorbing so much information about what could go wrong [00:08:00] and how much is it in our field of possibility?
And then when we have too much attention on that, we collapse and create that reality. Right. It seems a bit out there and a bit woo woo. But it is science. Okay. And I think we are going to hear more about this in the future, and I think this really has, um. The power to change health and healing and transform your life, right?
Because at the end of the day, it's not just about health, it's about creating the reality that you want, whether it's the body, whether it's relationship, whether it's the business, the finances, the lifestyle, the children, whatever it is, right? It's about creating whatever reality you want. And so looking at what are your beliefs?
Like really look at them like what is stopping you from getting there? Like what are you believing right now? As this person, this current you that's in conflict with the future you. And you really have to spend time with this because when I think about stuff like this, I already hear my negative thinking coming up, but Yeah.
But yeah. [00:09:00] But yeah, but, and it's those yeah buts that you have to write down, right? And really look at Ask yourself, is that true? Like, have I always been sick? Like, have I, were there moments that I felt better? Have I always had anxiety or there were moments that I didn't? Is it always true that someone with this condition is going to get these symptoms?
Like, is that really true? Or if someone's exposed to this so they always going to get sick, like. You know, question that reality or that belief that you've created. And really our beliefs are just thoughts that we've been thinking for a long time. Okay? And we make them personal. We make them true about us, and we identify with them in the work of Dr.
Joe Dispenza. I'm sure you would know him. He talked about being addicted to being you and he said, our thoughts. And the constant thoughts that we have, right? And so this is where we create our beliefs, what we believe is possible for us. And we get addicted to that because the, thinking creates a biochemistry.
And the biochemistry has a downstream effect, right? You could be addicted to feeling sad or [00:10:00] insecure, or tired or sick, or having pain or being unhappy in your relationship, right? And then you create the pathways to that feeling and so they are permanent, right? And then it's not until you. Actively try to create new pathways that you create new biochemistry it has a downstream effect where you create homeostasis and I guess the whole purpose of this is to say, when we break down our beliefs and see them for what they are, we can step into and shift our focus into what we want to create.
Who do we wanna be? What do I wanna feel like every day? What does that look like? so it's not just about micromanaging. Every symptom, everything we put in our mouth, every supplement we take, we get to the point where we're just like, I'm so over that. And it's really about looking at the bigger picture. And so I hope this resonates with you because I think this is really powerful stuff and I think I can't wait to see more about it.
I just, I think that we've come as far [00:11:00] as we can come with, diet, nutrition, and supplements. And I think we have to look in a new direction to really create big shifts in our life. And like I said, not just in our health, but in our personal life. so the way that we create these new kind of pathways and this new you is to visualize on it, right?
And spend time. Whether you spend time in the morning, five minutes visualizing how healthy you are, that it's already arrived, right? And you know, you would've heard these visualizing techniques like seeing yourself, well, seeing yourself doing something that you can't do now, and doing it with ease and being really happy and celebrating the moment and whatever it is, right?
Seeing that picture over and over and over and over again. Because what we have done when we are in the reality that we're in is that we created that picture and that thinking over and over and over again, and maybe, you know, I talked about this on another podcast, that we programming ourselves, being very careful of what enters our mind.
You [00:12:00] know, there's nothing worse than Someone is going through menopause there's a lot of information out there about menopause and the symptoms that women are expecting to get them right, and so. That information fuels you constantly because on social media, and so you're flooded, you don't realize how much it's around you.
And so eventually I hear women say to me, yeah, I've got a frozen shoulder because I'm in my forties. Or of course it's perimenopausal symptoms. Of course I'm gonna get that because I'm perimenopausal like it's programming. Okay? And so that's what we've done over time to create the reality that we're in.
It is a lot of personal responsibility to accept this. Okay, because sometimes. We feel very frustrated with where we're at and we're like, I didn't create this. Well, I don't wanna be, I do not wanna feel like this. Right? And so without. Blame or shame or guilting or pointing the finger, none of that. This is really about stepping back and looking at, well, if I create my reality, I wanna create a new one.
I wanna collapse [00:13:00] those particles to create the reality of the future person that I want to be. And that means taking
full responsibility for where you're at. And looking at your beliefs and looking where you're in conflict. Breaking those down and visualizing. Where do you wanna get to visualize that?
You, okay, so if this is you, if you've been stuck with doing all the right things, and this sounds maybe a little bit over like way out there, and maybe not, I want you to just think about it because I know deep down you've probably said to yourself, and there's a deep down intuition going, it shouldn't be this hard.
Like it shouldn't be this hard. Like why am I still stuck here? And you know, I hear that from clients all the time that have been in chronic illness. So if you are thinking that you're on the money, okay, it shouldn't be that hard. Okay? So maybe look in a different direction and see what kind of answers you get there.
I hope this was helpful. Leave me a comment below.
