Years ago, when I first started my clinical practice, I wanted it to be successful so badly that I gave it everything I had – my energy, my focus, and my entire mental capacity.Â
I had no plan B, so failure wasn’t an option. But what I didn’t realize at the time was that the way I was working was slowly burning me out.
It didn’t happen overnight though.Â
It started with small things – feeling tired after a long day, having trouble switching off in the evenings. But before long, I couldn’t make it through a full day without needing a nap.

On the surface I was healthy – I was taking all the right herbs, eating well, and exercising. But on the inside, something was wrong.
It wasn’t until I completely hit the wall – twice – that I finally understood what was going on….
