If you're like I used to be in the early days of my business, then maybe not nearly enough!
This is true for many business owners and entrepreneurs I see. Once they reach a point in their business, after countless late nights and long hours without a day off – their physical and mental health deteriorates and they feel exhausted, anxious, depressed, and normally gain weight.

It might be as simple as getting up and leaving your desk without your phone and taking 5 mins to walk around.
For me, I realise I've neglected my self-care when I haven't create space in my calendar for a workout. Along with a healthy diet, exercise is one of the things that makes me feel like I'm taking care of myself.
