I really relate to what you discussed in this post. I’ve had gut and autoimmune issues. I’ve been diagnosed with low pancreatic enzymes and currently taking Panzytrat, which I would really rather not take (I would prefer to heal myself naturally). By healing my gut, so you think I will eventually be able to stop taking Panzytrat?

Hi Vesna, I only noticed two ways mentioned, not a third as per the description, or did I miss something?
I think they are:
-slow down when eating
-be present when you eat (not distracted with work, phone, etc) and
-digestive enzymes.
I have been struggling and do need to slow down my eating and take a digestive enzyme.
I’m known for gettingexactly these symptoms. No one has ever suggested I take a digestive enzyme supplement but I’m sure going to look into it!
